Kickstart Smoothie (makes 1)
Kickstart SmoothieIngredients List:

½ Avocado, diced
10cm Cucumber, chopped
50g Pineapple, chopped
handful Baby Spinach
handful Kale
300ml Coconut Water
2-3 ice cubes


1. Put the avocado, spinach, kale, pineapple, cucumber & ice cubes in the blender, top up with coconut water, then blitz until smooth.

Creole Smoothie (makes 1)

Creole Smoothie

Ingredients List:

100g frozen Mixed Berries
100ml Coconut Water
150g 0% Total Greek Yogurt


1. Whizz all the ingredients together in high powered blender & serve immediately.

Banana Smoothie (makes 2)
Banana SmoothieIngredients List:

2 Bananas
4 Celery Stalks
1 Apple
50g Spinach
½ Cucumber
250ml Water

Chop all the ingredients. Place in a high power blender with water & ice. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
